WWE Recruit is a developmental system created by American professional wrestling promotion WWE consisting of the WWE Next in Line (WWE NIL) and WWE Independent Development (WWE ID) programs. [1] The system supports the training and development of athletes at certain wrestling schools, wrestling promotions, and colleges.

For the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's wrestling season, 77 schools in the United States sponsor Division I varsity men's wrestling. [1] This list reflects each team's conference affiliation as of that season.
Each institution belonging to the NJCAA chooses to compete on the Division I, II or III level. Division I colleges may offer full athletic scholarships, totaling a maximum of tuition, fees, room and board, course-related books, up to $250 in course-required supplies, and transportation costs one time per academic year to and from the college by direct route.
