Hadmatiya contains several ancient and archeologically important temples, such as Ram Choro in the center of the town along with the Mahadev (Shiv) Temple, Ghodakhara Pir, Bhathiji Maharaj Temple (Vachhada dada), as well as many more small temples.
People mainly follow the Swaminarayan religion and there are three temples (to worship Shiva, Mataji and Bhathiji Maharaj). The village has one primary school teaching grades one to four, and a Panchayat Bhavan. [clarification needed] There is one lake, which almost stays dry in summer and winter.
