So, as a military aviator, you can technically qualify for an R-ATP at 650 flight hours, right? But wait, we can go even lower. Many employers allow for a conversion adjustment of military time to civilian. Some allow for 0.3, 0.2, or 0.1 per sortie, and others multiply your military time by 1.3.
Many major airlines are in negotiations at this time, and many are contentious. We have been contacted by major union legal teams regarding this issue. The rules here have not changed, but the enforcement will now result in a 30 day ban from APC for violations.

Just log the time exactly the way it appears in your military records--if a particular airline allows for additional credit, they'll provide guidance or calculate it automatically based on sorties. I would not pad your time by yourself in any way.
