EDIT: FIXED! I found out what the issue was. I was supposed to install skse BEFORE the Mod Manager 2. The problem was that I did it the other way around. By installing the Organizer after, it would auto detect the script extender and actually load it. Now, SkyUI works perfectly fine.
If you added any lines in the custom ini under [Archive], remove those (you shouldnt have 2 kinda of archive invalidation active. It breaks lots of things. Some older guides might recommend it, but its only really used for Fallout 4. If you didnt add anything like that just ignore this)

11) If the game isn't done installing in it's new place, then you may have to wait a bit longer. Unzip, in the mean time, Mod Organizer 2 to it's own separate folder. The same for FO4Edit, and F4SE. I like keeping things nice and tidy. 12) Once the game is installed, you want to move Mod Organizer and Fo4Edit into where you have the game installed.

Reading the beginner's guide suggests Mod Organizer 2 but I've seen Wabbajack mentioned here as a great new tool while searching for the mods I should install. Also, apart from the essential and optional mods listed in the wiki, which other mods should I install (stuff for characters interactions, faces, etc which I've seen on highest endorsed ...
