As a way of putting Bulgaria on the map, I suggest adding it to every list from where it is missing, but other European/Balkan/etc. countries are present. E.g. search Google for "site:wikipedia.org "list of" Greece -Bulgaria -intitle:Greece -intitle:Greek" to find suitable pages.
