TheBlueBook.com Network You can list your company for free and receive invitations from GC's on the network. My company is based in NJ and has licenses in NJ, NY, PA, DE, MD, and GA, so we get at least 8 bid invitations per week from GC's in the NE tri-state area for our drywall/framing and electrical divisions (we're trying to pimp out workers in those divisions for small-scale work for ...
We joined The Blue Book and signed a 2 year contract. We have no gotten any work from it in the past 6 months. I called to cancel and they said we couldn't. Has anyone been able to cancel with them? I am tired of paying all this money and the leads that come in are often out of my working area. I am waiting for our rep to call us back.
Blue Book can work. We used bluebook for a long time. Had a subcontract retail specialty focus. Got very good numbers of lead/bid requests consistently. Even fairly regular calls from the physical blue book listing. Drawback, it's competitive bidding.

They do not show me all of the general contractors who are bidding a project. The only name you will see is the G.C who sent you the invitation.
Isft or Blue Book I had to laugh at myself when I saw this- we have tried them all! There are better construction lead services out there: Bidtool dot net (Best in Midwest) Commercial Construction Leads only Cdc news dot com (Best Service in the East) Commercial Construction Leads only data fax dot net (Great Service in South East)
I met with a salesman today from the blue book and he offered a plan for $250 a month which included 3 listings and their online plan room, after I rejected the $500 and $375 per month plans. I was considering using the Dodge reports or maybe the builder's exchange which either one was in the neighborhood of $90/mo. but the salesman said that ...
