How can I open and view my Xcode project on Windows in the same manner as in Xcode? Note: I don't want to compile or debug my project, all I want is to open and view the project in a editor which gives me some basic feature like syntax highlighting and organized source code and resources .
Don't get confused by people with technology gibberish. Developing IOS apps also include uploading to the store. you cant do that with windows or without xcode. Dont let others waste your time. If its not supported in official documents, you will always end up failing.
I downloaded XCode but it comes in a .xip format which Windows, Google, Duck Duck Go, Bing, and all other search engines & programs think is a ZIP file. I went to download a virtual machine to run MacOS on Windows, but Virtual Box says that VM Mode is no longer supported as of Version 6.1, which basically renders that whole program useless.

Native way to create native iOS apps is done using XCode.app, which can only be run on MacOS. Hackintosh is a solution to run MacOS on unsupported hardware. It is possible, but be prepared for many nights spent setting it up, unless you have perfectly compatible hardware.

You can do your main development on Linux or Windows with Android Studio or Visual Studio Code. Then use git to move the code to macOS to test it with Xcode on an iOS simulator/device and deploy it to the App Store. You could do all development on macOS but you can't do all development on Linux or Windows.
