Section headers are made with the equals sign ( = ) on each side. == This is a level 2 header ==. More equals signs make smaller sub-sections. === This is a level 3 header ===, and so on. You won't use a level 1 header, since that is the title of the page itself. Bulleted lists are made by putting * at the beginning of each line.
