In 2011, a further venue opened at 105 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37201 (expanding and changing its name to “Nashville Underground” in 2018 [2]), which remains open as of December 2024, even as the original NYC location has permanently closed. The venue was co-owned by brothers Joey DeGraw and Gavin DeGraw, and offered music, food, and drink.

A tornado destroyed a 108-year-old structure called the Hopewell Baptist Church in Buena Vista. It was subsequently rebuilt and it reopened in 2022. The church was an important Buena Vista landmark because it was frequented by German and African American people of North Nashville and it was designed by notable architect Henry Gibel. [4]
Major Eugene Castner Lewis was the director of the Tennessee Centennial Exposition and it was at his suggestion that a reproduction of the Parthenon be built in Nashville to serve as the centerpiece of Tennessee's Centennial Celebration. Lewis also served as the chief civil engineer for the Nashville, Chattanooga and St. Louis Railroad.
