Latest PS2 ISO launcher. Latest config files. So first, I followed various guides on how to play the ISO: 1) moving the ISO in /dev_hdd0/PS2ISO folder and mounting it through webMOD. 2) encrypting the ISO file to the PKG file using the PS2classicsGUI program. 3) using the PS2 Classic Placeholder.
A few days ago I installed HEN on my PS3 (I think it's a Slim model, 160 GB), and it worked wonders. I figured I could use it to play PS2 games I own (since the two PS2 I had scratched my disks and I grew afraid of purchasing another PS2 just to scratch another disk). Then install the package from Package Manager. Or use an NTFS pendrive, copy the large pkg file to PKG folder in the root of the device. Attach the pendrive to PS3, use prepISO to scan the files, mount the PKG using webMAN MOD. Refresh the content list then mount the game using webMAN MOD.
26. Trophy Points: 77. I moved a PS2 ISO to a folder called PS2ISO in the external HDD's FAT32 and NTFS partitions and it doesn't show up on IRISMAN but only when I move it to the PS3's HDD's PS2ISO folder.
