West Siloam Springs is a town in Delaware County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 1,000 at the 2020 census, an 18.2 percent increase from the figure of 846 recorded in 2010. [ 4 ] A bedroom community for Siloam Springs, Arkansas , it is notable for its Cherokee casino, [ 5 ] and is the closest town to Natural Falls State Park .
Delaware County is a county located in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.As of the 2020 census, the population was 40,397. [1] Its county seat is Jay. [2] The county was named for the Delaware Indians, who had established a village in the area prior to the Cherokees being assigned to relocate to Indian Territory in the 1830s.
The park itself was known as Dripping Springs until the state acquired the tract in 1990. The community of Dripping Springs is 8 miles (13 km) east of the town of Kansas, and 9 miles (14 km) west of Siloam Springs.
