A nearby site was purchased for an elementary school. The school was incorporated in 1959, and it moved to the current 49-acre site on NE 62nd Street in 1965. The Boca Raton campus for pre-kindergarten to grade 8 students, originally Boca Raton Academy, became part of Pine Crest School in 1991.
