The CSU Pueblo ThunderWolves football program represent Colorado State University Pueblo in college football at the NCAA Division II level. They have fielded a football team every year since 1938 with the exceptions of 1943–1945 and 1985–2007.
This is a list of seasons completed by the CSU Pueblo ThunderWolves football team of the National Collegiate Athletic Association. The first team in 1938 was coached by Dale Rea. Colorado State University Pueblo stopped sponsoring football after the 1984 school year and brought it back for 2008. [1]
Dropped following the 1984 season, football returned in 2008 and the team posted a 4–6 record. The ThunderWolves won the 2014 NCAA Division II Football National Championship, its first in football program history, by blanking previously undefeated Minnesota State University, Mankato 13–0. [3] [4]

The 2014 CSU Pueblo ThunderWolves football team represented Colorado State University Pueblo in the 2014 NCAA Division II football season. They were led by seventh-year head coach John Wristen and played their home games at Neta and Eddie DeRose ThunderBowl. They were a member of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.
