1) Never tried to call the main or try to find a live person to talk to, it only adds to frustration. 2) Ask questions in the app. 3) My adjuster gave her number to text to, I use that for communication and everything is handled promptly, she mentioned 24-48 hrs response time. Make sure you include claim number every time.
What has been good is once your vehicle is in service, the system text you messages and you can reply to that text. They will reply to you via text messaging. When Tesla sales tank they will then have one of two choices: 1. Start delierving real customer service or 2. Spend a lot of money on advertising. Of course trying to tell people how wonderful their cars are will be an uphill battle when their existing customers tell people not to buy.
