I found out only by calling TM Malaysia to comnplain about my excessive call charges that not all 1300-xx-xxxx numbers are charged at local rate (i.e.toll-free). I had previously called Celcom Careline 1300 11 100 but the call was re-directed to an 03-79473001 in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
