The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE, Vietnamese: Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường) is a government ministry in Vietnam responsible for: land, water resources; mineral resources, geology; environment; hydrometeorology; climate change; surveying and mapping; management of the islands and the sea.
Currently, Vietnam has 34 national parks. Cúc Phương is the first national park and was established in 1966 in the area of 3 provinces: Ninh Bình , Thanh Hóa and Hòa Bình . Meanwhile, the latest national park established is Song Thanh ( Sông Thanh ), setup on December 18, 2020, located in Quảng Nam province.
Pinus dalatensis is a medium-sized evergreen tree growing to 30 to 40 metres (98 to 131 ft) tall.
