In the evening hours of May 6, 2024, a large and violent tornado moved through the communities Barnsdall and Bartlesville, both located in the state of Oklahoma.The tornado, known as the Barnsdall–Bartlesville tornado or Barnsdall tornado, was part of a larger outbreak of severe weather across the Great Plains.
