McCracken County Public Schools (MCPS) is a school district headquartered in Hendron, unincorporated McCracken County, Kentucky. In 2014 Monrovia joined the Indiana Crossroads conference after previously being in the West Central conference. In 2015 the Bulldogs won the IHSAA football 2A Championship. Monrovia's gymnasium is named after legendary Indiana basketball coach and Monrovia alumni, Branch McCracken. [2] [3]

The plans ultimately changed; in December 2008, the McCracken County Public Schools received state approval of a plan calling for a single county high school that would consolidate grades 10 though 12. Under this plan, the three current high schools in the county district (Lone Oak, Reidland, and Heath) would each house grades 7 through 9.
