The dugouts are situated in front of the Alan Chase stand. Either side of the stand are the tea bar and the corporate suite housing for matchday hospitality. Opposite the Alan Chase stand is the modern and smaller Harry Mizen Stand (built 2011). It has an unobstructed view of the pitch and disabled access. The Harry Mizen Stand seats 300 people.
