Deng Yuanqing (Chinese: 鄧元慶 [4]) is a software engineer who is a resident of the Philippines who was arrested and accused of espionage.[5]According to Philippine Bureau of Immigration, Deng is married to a Filipino woman and has been travelling in and out of the Philippines since 2013.
