Colima (Spanish pronunciation:), located in central−western Mexico, is the capital of the state of the same name and the seat of the municipality of the same name, which is the easternmost and third largest municipality in Colima behind Tecomán and Manzanillo. It is located near the Colima volcano, which divides the state from Jalisco.
