State Road 23 (SR 23), also known as the First Coast Expressway, is a controlled-access toll road serving as an outer bypass around the southwest quadrant of Jacksonville, Florida. As of 2024 [update] , the first phase has been built, linking Interstate 10 (I-10) near Whitehouse with SR 21 (Blanding Boulevard) in the Middleburg area.

State Road 128 (SR 128), locally known as San Juan Avenue, is a 2.500-mile-long (4.023 km) east–west state highway in the inner urban Westside neighborhood of Jacksonville, in the U.S. state of Florida. It extends from SR 103 at its western terminus to SR 211 at its eastern terminus.
US 90 passes through the county seats of 15 counties on its course in Florida, and is never more than 6 miles (9.7 km) from I-10 throughout the state. The highway's hidden state road designation is primarily Florida State Road 10 ( Florida State Road 10A in Pensacola), but along Beach Boulevard in Jacksonville it becomes Florida State Road 212 .

In 2012 the OMB also defined the Jacksonville–Kingsland–Palatka, FL–GA Combined Statistical Area, which included metropolitan Jacksonville as well as the Palatka, Florida and Kingsland, Georgia Micropolitan Statistical Areas (comprising Putnam County, Florida and Camden County, Georgia).
