Zachary Alexander Bagans (/ ˈ b eɪ ɡ ən z / BAY-gənz; born April 5, 1977) is an American paranormal investigator, television personality, museum operator, and author. He is the principal host of the Travel Channel series Ghost Adventures .

In 2014, Zak Bagans purchased the house for $35,000 [7] and demolished it in January 2016 [6] [8] after filming a documentary in it, titled Demon House, that is released on March 16, 2018. [9] Dread Central 's Steve Barton called it "one of the single most compelling documentaries on the existence of the supernatural that I've ever witnessed."
