The men's national basketball team of the United States competed at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain, and won the gold medal.Nicknamed the "Dream Team", it was the first American Olympic team to include active professional players from the National Basketball Association (NBA).
The 1991–92 Duke Blue Devils men's basketball team was a Division I college basketball team that competed in the Atlantic Coast Conference.Led by All-American Christian Laettner and Grant Hill, Duke won its 2nd national championship in as many years to become the first repeating team since UCLA's seven-year dynasty from 1967 to 1973.
Laettner also was a member of the legendary "Dream Team" at the 1992 Olympics and played 13 seasons in the NBA. Perhaps the biggest inquiry is how Denmark became one of the locations for his camp.
