Extending its 23%-plus climb during 2024, the S&P 500 started 2025 off with a bang, rising 2.7% in January. And while some S&P 500 companies failed to keep pace with the index's gain, others soared.
All of those companies were recently moved from the 400 to the 500. Editors do an excellent job keeping this page updated; the other one, less so. If you would like to take on maintenance of the 400 list (and the even more out-of-date List of S&P 600 companies), that would be very much appreciated.
