The image was, according to the file Nation_of_Islam_Symbol.png (the file this is intended to replace), created on 13 February 2015 and belongs to the Nation of Islam. The license "Logos with only simple typefaces and shapes" is carried over from Nation_of_Islam_Symbol.png and I find it reasonable to carry it over.
