The Watervale Historic District is a resort, originally constructed as a lumber camp, located at 975-1422 Watervale Road on the shore of Lower Herring Lake in Blaine Township, Michigan. It was designated a Michigan State Historic Site in 1991 [ 2 ] and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

Crescent Lake is a freshwater lake located in Waterford Township, Michigan. It borders Elizabeth Lake Rd. [1] The 90-acre (36 ha) lake has a maximum depth of 40 feet (12 m). [2] [3] Crescent Lake is connected to Elizabeth Lake. Crescent Lake's name is derived from the lake's crescent shape.
Developed by the Velting family contractors in the mid-1970s, Grass Lake was expanded and a large dike was added to the western edge to raise the water level. Residential and commercial development was soon constructed and in the early 21st century, a lakeside suburban sub-division also called "Lake Bella Vista" functions very much as a community.
