Just curious if there are any thoughts or advice out there regarding sharing names and contact information for all of the residents in our neighborhood with one another. This was done in the past, but it has been over 10 years.
We actually have two scenarios: Husband is on Facilities Committee and wife is on Social Committee. This one has not been specifically criticized. Husband is the sole Resident Board Member (we're still in the stage where the Developer controls the board) and Wife is on the Social Committee.
A Board member was elected in 2019 for a three year term, but resigned in late 2019. The seat remains vacant, despite an attempt to owners requesting candidates to fill the seat. Two Board seats are expiring in 2021. Can the Board member who resigned in 2.
