The Wyandotte Odd Fellows used the building until 1938, when financial difficulties caused foreclosure on the building. It was leased by the state of Michigan for a few years, but in 1942 the Wyandotte Masons purchased the building. The Masons moved in in 1943, and in 1948 extensively renovated the building.
Wyandotte (/ ˈ w aɪ ə n d ɒ t / WY-ən-dot) is a city in Wayne County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 25,058 at the 2020 census. [2] Wyandotte is located in southeastern Michigan, approximately 11 miles (18 km) south of Detroit on the Detroit River, and it is part of the collection of communities known as Downriver.
The arena has 25,440 square feet (2,363 m 2) of space for trade shows, conventions, festivals, and other special events. One event is the Spring Fling hosted by the Parish of St. Vincent Pallotti. The Arena was named after Benjamin Yack. He was Wyandotte's first recreational director and was commissioned in 1936.

The First Congregational Church is a church building located at 98 Superior Boulevard in Wyandotte, Michigan. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2023. [1] The congregation is affiliated with the United Church of Christ.
Theodore Roosevelt High School, also known as RHS or Roosevelt, or also Wyandotte High by alumni, is the secondary school serving Wyandotte, Michigan, located on Eureka Road several blocks west of Biddle Avenue. The corner stone of Roosevelt High School was laid in the fall of 1921. Roosevelt did not open its doors to students until April 1923. [4]
Band awards were won by Our Lady of Mount Carmel for the first time in Wyandotte, July 4, 1948. Prizes consisted of : first place for best music, for best drum major, for best drilled band, and tied with Theoedore Roosevelt High School (Wyandotte) for best dressed band. Prizes amounted to $225.00.
