The Whitfield Estates–Broughton Street Historic District is a historic district in Sarasota, Florida, United States.It comprises 7207, 7211, 7215, 7219 and 7316 Broughton Street: five residences and three garages built in Mediterranean Revival style 1925–1929, including four early works by architect Ralph Twitchell.
Between 1925 and 1929, the landscape of this district changed drastically. In 1925, the Sanborn Insurance Map of Sarasota showed no structures on the triangular property at South Orange and South Pineapple Avenues. Across the street on South Orange Avenue, the only structure was a single-family residence and its garage.

The Whitfield Estates–Lantana Avenue Historic District is a U.S. historic district in Whitfield Estates, north of Sarasota, Florida. It includes 332 through 356 Lantana Avenue, comprising four intact houses and two garages built 1925–1926. On March 8, 1997, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places.
