When I click devices and printers inside control panel, it won't show the devices and printers. It's just a blank page and the green bar on top just keeps on rolling. Also the Safely remove icon on the task bar doesn't show the devices. It just says open devices and printers instead of showing the devices that are removable.

By the way the issue seems to be isolated to Control Panel's Devices and Printers, as well as Printers & Scanners in the Windows 10 settings. You can manage the devices in print management without an issue, so it's just those 2 interfaces that seem to be affected.
