The service experience is spectacular. You get a like-for-like new loaner you can keep for a couple days without worrying about fuel or tolls. I actually bought a used Lexus and took it to Sewell for service. I liked their operation so much I went back and bought a 22 Lexus from them a year later.
Based on my experience buying a brand other than Lexus, Sewell is generally not competitive on price and relies heavily on their reputation for service to avoid significant discounts. However, I have had good experiences with them for service. Glad folks have crystal balls telling them what will happen in the GX market.
There's not much detail on how awards are granted but apparently you have to apply for it, not merely be nominated somehow. Windshield repair. Interior & exterior protection. This package was quoted at $1300 for 5 years, after some negotiation, they agreed to $1150. I was thinking if getting this would be a good idea because a friend of mine who got a brand new vehicle last week had his windshield hit by a stone from a truck.

I'm about to purchase an RX 350 (atomic silver) in the next couple of days and was wondering if it was worth it to pay $1400 for these upgrades: "door edge guards, door cup guards, ceramic window tint, and paint protection on hood, mirrors, and fenders" and I also think the salesperson said a couple of other things but it's not on their website.
