Since people have been wanting something to modify their save files more easily, I decided to create a (hopefully) easy-to-use application to do so. This project is still very unfinished. There are things that I wish to add later on, but I figured what I have now would be useful to people...
Install the APK, then start the application. Select the vault you would like to edit. Edit the things then save the vault. That's it. Sorry guys, I don't follow Fallout Shelter anymore, nor NexusMods or this thread. I don't have any Android device which is 10+ so I can't test the issue, but if you can see the file in a file manager on your phone then you can move it to for example Downloads, and you can open the save from there (there should be an option to browse files in the editor).

I will look if the limit removal is possible, also I'll update the modded version and the editor (because it says that 1.6.1 might be not compatible, but I think it should be fine). EDIT: Released the 1.4.2 of the editor, which isn't complaining about 1.6.1 anymore.
Guys pls. Mrantifun makes Trainers for Full PC games. now Fallout shelter got one of these.
