Nicole Malliotakis. Nicole Malliotakis (/ ˌmæliəˈtɑːkɪs / MAL-ee-ə-TAH-kiss; born November 11, 1980) is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative for New York's 11th congressional district since 2021. Her constituency covers Staten Island and southern Brooklyn.
