The UCSD secondary has been pretty consistent over the years. The biggest part is the long autobiography, which has been kept for many years now. I've heard that some personal questions get added, removed or changed each year, but the long autobiography stays the same.

In pretty much every comparison, UCSD will trump UCI. UCSD is located on bluffs overlooking some of the most exclusive and pristine beaches and reefs in Southern California.
