  2. Most affordable (to buy) .50 BMG - forum.Saiga-12.com

    forum.saiga-12.com/.../topic/86872-most-affordable-to-buy-50-bmg

Well, I wouldn't consider .50 Beowulf in the same category as .50 BMG.... it's more like .458 SOCOM and such. I mean, if your guy just wants something with .50 in the caliber, that would definitely be the way to go cheap-er. But when I hear "fifty cal", I automatically think of the BIG fifty. Google for the Spartan 50 BMG upper.

Bushmaster BA-50 was going for 3K$ at sportsmens warehouse. Mag fed, suppressor ready, with nice case, 2 mags and bipod. If your budget is $2,500 on the plus side, you may want to try to obtain a used AR50. You can get a lightly used AR50 in the $2,000 to $2,500 range if you are patient.

TNVC/NG/PVS-14-GP – U.S. Gen3 Filmed Green Phosphor are back in stock at $2599! I am thinking about buying a State Arms 50 BMG from East Ridge Gun Company. Looking at the Shorty. I love the price and being able to configure the options for the rifle. I have looked at 50s from Armalite, Cobb and Barrett.

So far the Barrett M99 .50 BMG Rifle 13307, with the 32" barrel is the best choice to me, I can get it brand new for $3800. I look forward to seeing it in the for sale section of the forum for $2500 in a few months. The Lower price so far I was able to find was from ceterfireguns foe $3267.

  6. Best scopes rated for .50 BMG and for 1 mile shooting? - AR15.COM

US Optics, Nightforce, Heinsoldt, Tangent Theta and the list goes on. Ammo for that is expensive so you won’t shoot it much. Put your expensive scope on a .308 or 300 WM. View Quote. While I'd personally ended up with a basic 3-15x Nightforce, I have to agree with not blowing your load on a scope for a long range 50.

  7. McCutchen or Serbu bolt rifle? - AR15.COM

But a 50 BMG as a "just in case" rifle thats accurate and unquestionably powerful makes my list at #1. While far more niche than 308 or 7.62 NATO, its a round that will have a presence in North American supply lines and warehouses. Plus, owning and learning how to shoot a 50 BMG precision rifle is just fuckin bad ASS!!!

  8. Review: State Arms 50BMG "Rebel" - AR15.COM

    www.ar15.com/forums/armory/Review__State_Arms_50BMG_Rebel/...

A State Arms "Rebel". I had been looking for a 50 for some time and had looked at a host of options. I eventually decided for a 1st rifle I wanted to spend $3000 or less. This narrowed the field of options considerably. Contenders were the AR-50, ALS upper and Taclite uppers. I eventually dropped the idea of the AR-50 as I am left handed and ...

  9. Review and VIDEO. Barrett M82A1 50BMG with EoTech Optics

Rifle Model: M82A1. Cartridge: 50 BMG. Optics: EoTech 552.XR500 Holographic Sight with a Eotech G33 (3x) Magnifier. It is my understanding that this EoTech Holographic sight is the same one the US Navy uses on their Barrett 50cal when firing from helicopters and ship-decks. I like the fact that it has bullet drop markings for 1000m, 1500m ...

  10. New Bushmaster BA-50 .50 BMG Rifle! - Sniper & Sharpshooter...

Straight back into your shoulder until all of it is absorbed by the shooter. On a .50 BMG it becomes a two stage process. That is what ruins scopes. This phenomenon is much like what air rifles do to scopes. You can put a $1,200.00 Leupold on a $50.00 Crossman from Wal-Mart and achieve much the same result.

  11. What brands of scopes are 50 cal rated - AR15.COM

    www.ar15.com/forums/Precision-Rifles/What-brands-of-scopes...

Nightforce scopes are .50 rated and a great choice for .50's! Go to one of the FCSA matches and look at what the guys shooting are using, most use some type of NF scope. The recoil forces from a .50 are as bad or worse than a air rifle! They will destroy a lesser scope in no time, you have to remember that that big ass muzzle brake on the end ...
