Reino Barack, executive producer and creator of the series, in a press conference on 25 June 2014, in MNC Tower Central Jakarta, announced that due to the success of the first series, Satria Garuda Bima-X will debut on September 7, 2014, with a total of 50 episodes, two times the number of episodes of its First Season.
