Old Sanji design. So recently I have been rewatching Romance Dawn in sub because I never watch anything pre-Water 7 sub. Like most people in the US I grew up on the 4Kids dub which is notorious nowadays. But one thing I liked about it was a small censorship change they made to Sanji. That being changing his cigarettes to suckers (lollipops).
