Paul Huff Parkway is located entirely within the city limits of Cleveland in Bradley County, and is maintained by the City of Cleveland's Public Works Department.It is one of the few locally maintained and non-numbered routes that is part of the National Highway System (NHS), a national network of roads identified as important to the national economy, defense, and mobility.
Although the station is licensed to Calhoun, the transmitter is located on Candies Creek Ridge in the northern part of neighboring Bradley County, and the studios are located in Cleveland. [4] Its sister station is WCLE-AM, with which it shares a studio. [5] WCLE-FM was originally established in 1961, signing on on August 1 of that year. [6]

[ 1 ] To the west is a ridge usually referred to in Tennessee as Mount Zion Ridge, and in the valley between the ridges in Tennessee is Candies Creek. [ 4 ]
The Cleveland, Tennessee Metropolitan Statistical Area, as defined by the United States Census Bureau, is an area consisting of two counties in southeast Tennessee – Bradley and Polk – anchored by the city of Cleveland. As of the 2020 United States census, the MSA had a population of 126,164. [1]
The Cleveland/Bradley County Greenway weaves through the northern part of Cleveland from Willow Street to Mohawk Drive. The path follows South Mouse Creek its entire length and crosses the waterway in four locations. Approximately two-thirds of the greenway is concrete and the remainder is asphalt. It has a total of nine access points.
