FHD (Full HD) is the resolution 1920 × 1080 used by the 1080p and 1080i HDTV video formats. It has a 16:9 aspect ratio and 2,073,600 total pixels, i.e. very close to 2 megapixels, and is exactly 50% larger than 720p HD ( 1280 × 720 ) in each dimension for a total of 2.25 times as many pixels.
High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC or H.265) should allow streaming 4K content with a bandwidth of 20 to 30 Mbit/s. [68] In January 2014, Naughty America launched the first adult video service streaming in 4K. The FCC process, led by the Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC) adopted a range of standards from interlaced 1,080-line video (a technical descendant of the original analog NHK 1125/30 Hz system) with a maximum frame rate of 30 Hz, (60 fields per second) and 720-line video, progressively scanned, with a maximum frame rate of 60 Hz.
Some containers only support a restricted set of video formats: DMF only supports MPEG-4 Visual ASP with DivX profiles. EVO only supports MPEG-4 AVC, MPEG-1 Video, MPEG-2 Video and VC-1. F4V only supports MPEG-4 AVC, MPEG-4 Visual and H.263. FLV only supports MPEG-4 Visual, VP6, Sorenson Spark and Screen Video. MPEG-4 AVC in FLV is possible ...
