XTRMST was an American straight edge hardcore punk band [1] [2] featuring Davey Havok and Jade Puget of AFI. XTRMST was Havok and Puget's second side project together, after their electronic project Blaqk Audio. In 2000 the Family Dog released "So Cal Hardcore" on the Voodoo Glow Skulls' El Pocho Loco label. He also recorded acoustically under the name Montgomery Messex, releasing music for the David Lynch Foundation's Transcend Music Label in 2013. Between 2017 and 2019, Walbert was the guitarist for the band Phantom Drive.
