Basically, anything outside a game, such as Youtube or Facebook videos work perfectly on my headset. There's no issues whatsoever. However, when I go into any game, say Left 4 Dead 2 or Call of Duty, the left/right directional sound is completely reversed. Like hearing sounds from the right meanings they'll come from the left and vice versa.

Check your audio options to make sure you did not swap them there, check the headset with another computer or phone. If they all reverse, contact the vendor support.

get a sound file with left/right test tones, put it on a portable device (phone is fine) and hook your headphones up and play the file. if left is heard on the left channel and right on the right.. then the headphones are fine and its your pc. if that is not correct then it may be a wiring issue on the headphones (fixable but thats a qc issue ...

The speakers are only capable of 5.1, the audio splitter allows both 5.1 and 7.1, and my PC is currently configured for 5.1. and 2 of these. connect the red/black ends through the connector to the opposite color. red to black and black to red. now you have a stereo reverse cable. the left will go to the right speaker and vice versa. this cable will go in between the speakers and the computer. I don't know if software will do tthat.
Reverse the left and right audio cables at the source. If the same speaker doesn't play then then the receiver has problem. If the other speakers starts playing then either the cable or the source have a bad channel. Turn the receiver off (or turn the volume all the way down) when you reverse the cables.
