The Virginia Theatre hosts a wide variety of events throughout the year. Classic films play on the 56-foot-wide screen several nights every month. The theatre is also a popular venue for touring musical acts and comedians. From 1992 until 2010, the Champaign-Urbana Theatre Company, or CUTC, performed plays at the theatre.

The Wang Theatre is a theatre in Boston. It originally opened in 1925 as the Metropolitan Theatre and was later renamed the Music Hall. It was designed by Clarence Blackall and is located at 252–272 Tremont Street in the Boston Theatre District. The theatre is operated as part of the Boch Center. [2]
The theatre was the only single-screen movie theatre with daily operation as a movie theatre in Champaign-Urbana. The theater ceased operations on October 31 of 2019.
