Jessy Dixon (March 12, 1938 – September 26, 2011) was an American gospel music singer, songwriter, and pianist, with success among audiences across racial lines. He garnered seven Grammy award nominations during his career.

Dottie Rambo (March 2, 1934 – May 11, 2008) was an American gospel singer and songwriter. She was a Grammy winning solo artist and multiple Dove award-winning artist.Along with ex-husband Buck and daughter Reba, she formed the award-winning southern Gospel group, The Rambos.
Cleophus Robinson was born March 18, 1932, in Canton, Mississippi. His mother, Lillie, was a well known gospel singer in the region. Robinson first performed solo as a teenager at St. John's Church in Canton. In 1948, he moved to Chicago, where he sang at churches, as well as appearing with the Roberta Martin Singers and Mahalia Jackson.
