The doctor said it was pulling on everything and she could see why I'd been so uncomfortable. I was hoping the surgery would take away my sciatica but that wasn't the case. It temporarily went away for three days but that turned out to be from the Decadron they gave me after surgery. Crampy pain from prolapse is gone. So far, so good.

The housework was done by my husband for a while as I gradually worked back into it. As for the kids how helpful is the oldest. You won't be able to do much lifting, pushing or pulling but you can stand by as you get them to do things for themselves and maybe the 8yr old can help with the youngest.
Going on 3 1/2 weeks now and symptoms are still here...side hurts, lack of appetite, nausea, tiredness, borderline anemic. Feels like the walking flu! I have stopped the hormone replacement for now until I see this Doc and my GYN again. Really hoping that I won't have to stop them forever. I don't like me at all without hormones.
