Bankruptcy Court Divisions. The District of South Carolina encompasses the forty-six (46) counties of the State of South Carolina. In this District, there are three divisions - the Columbia Division, the Charleston Division, and the Greenville/Spartanburg Division.
All claims, including Chapter 13 claims, are to be filed directly with the Court (and not with the Chapter 13 Trustee’s office). Claims in all cases are accepted electronically through the Court’s website and through CM/ECF. The Court strongly encourages the e-filing of claims.
