Fwiw, I work for a Zoho partner company and have many companies that use Zoho mail. I've only had a handful of issues over the last 10 years with email delivery from Zoho Mail. Most of those issues were either improper setup or misuse. Zoho is not perfect. They have had issues with email delivery using Zoho campaigns.
