Bobby Bones (born Bobby Estell; April 2, 1980) [1] is an American radio and television personality, best known for hosting the nationally syndicated The Bobby Bones Show, originating from the iHeart Studios in Nashville, TN, and for his role as a full-time mentor on American Idol on ABC.

Bobby Bones is an American musician based in Los Angeles. He first emerged onto the music scene in the early 1980s with punk rock band The Mau-Mau's [1] and after 1985 was with Demolition Gore Galore. After a 10-year break, he returned with another punk rock band the Flesh Eaters.
