I don't know where NADA gets their numbers but they don't make sense. If you check the airhead RTs, you get really skewed values. If you consider the excellent or highest book values, they are as follows: 81-84 R80RT $4,300 85-86 R80RT $4,150 87 R80RT $2,000 88-92 R100RT $2,325-$3,250
Not too sure about their figures..... '95 R1100RSL ABS Retail Low: $5,096.00 Retail High: $5,928.00 I'd like to believe they are correct, but I'm having trouble...
Howdy folks, I have a 1976 R75/6 that I'm needing an approximate value on. It's a runner. New tires, battery, carbs have been rebuilt with all o-rings, diaphram, gaskets, petcocks rebuilt, new fuel lines, air filter and oil filter. I've gone through the brakes. Everything works, gauges...
Motorcycle Information Status Last Ride I can see the Motorcycle Information values when the Nav is in the mount. To see the values for Status and Last Ride the Nav has to be removed from the mount. A lot of times if I'm not using the navigation screen I use Motorcycle Information and view 16 values on one screen.
"The values stipulated in the table apply to a screw connection which corresponds to the above conditions. The tightening torque including tolerance is only given in the layout or assembly drawing if; a) a value different from the standard sheet is necessary for operational reasons, b) the strength rating of the bolt and nut is not evident.

A user asks what is considered a high mileage for a K1200LT and gets various opinions and advice from other users. The thread covers topics such as resale value, maintenance, and riding experience of the bike.
The Haynes and Clymer type manuals go into a lot more procedural detail and attempt to explain the "how to" part. They don't do it all that well in a lot of cases and cannot be relied upon for accurate torque values and specs sometimes as they seem to just copy the same mistakes over and over but they are good for general use.
Assuming your 2018 is like my 2017..... which tripmeter are you talking about ; there are five. All five are viewed on the Nav VI, only three are visible on the dash display. The GPS has an A and a B trip that can only be viewed and reset on the GPS. The motorcycle also has a Trip 1, Trip 2 and Trip Automatic. The automatic meter resets on its own.
NADA values it at between $1400 and $5500 depending on condition. not running and i would be below poor condition, IMO. Good condition and I assume running they value it at $2400. I have had people give me motorcycles in similar condition, not a BMW, but I don't know if that matters on an older, non-collectable ride.
