Re: Arm shakes really bad after using weed eater. Your arm muscles clearly aren't used to being tensed in that way for that period of time. It's nothing to worry about. It'll probably stop if you do that activity more often as your muscles will natural strengthen.

You need to try to eat slow buring carbs, things like oats, banana, brown bread and pasta etc. Sugary foods will temporarily stop the problem but then you burn them off very fast so the same thing will happen again in a couple of hours time.

With the help of people on here I have got my weak sensation left arm and leg worry in to perspective, I know it will still raise its head with this anxiety we all have but you have helped me. Hi all. Merry Christmas and a happy New year! I've struggled with alcohol abuse over the past 4 years..occasionally going on a binge or bender and suffering horrible hangovers/withdrawal symptoms Now from xmas eve to boxing day (26th) I drank way too much.
I am looking for positive posts & help from people taking thyroxine. I now have to take it as had half my thyroid removed 6 months ago & now not feeling v good. I,m really exhausted which is made much worse by my HA I'm sure. Today I feel weak & shaky & can't think of anything but what the pills may do to me.
Im really interested in finding out how many people on this site who are NOT diabetic suffer hypoglacemic attacks (low blood sugars). Low blood sugars make you feel weak, shaky and sweaty and are only relieved by eating. Could you let us know if you have suffered with this and if you think there is any connection to anxiety. Mand x

I have severe neck problems ( bad arthritis and prolapsed disc) and have had constant varying levels of unsteadiness dizziness and true spinning vertigo for over 15 years. Totally got what u describe, i had just eaten and felt hungry, in the pit of my stomach, i also feel really weak and shaky, even when i had just eaten, i went through 3 weeks of this constantly, i was eating all the time to stop this feeling. Went to the docs had blood tests, everything fine.
